Amazing, knowledgeable staff and an independently owned, local business with ethical sourcing of stones and unique options for material.I purchased a replacement wedding band made from zirconium, sourced from South Australia. I had never seen it before. It's beautifully simple in design, minimal and refined. I requested a custom matte finish with smooth/shiny bevelled edge...it arrived earlier than the promised two weeks and it fits perfectly.My wife was looking at ear rings - we'll be back for sure!!

Amanda, Georgie and the whole Criterion Jewellers team were a pleasure to deal with every time I visited the store. They were friendly, helpful and always able to assist with whatever I needed. I bought my wedding ring and jewellery from Criterion and am so happy with all my purchases. I'll definitely go there again and highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I've had them help me get my new watch on properly and showed me to do to it! (it had a fiddly clasp) and helped me with my grandpa's watch chain. Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely awesome staff, lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful team really know their stuff and will help you pick the perfect piece for your special someone even if you're completely clueless about what to get! My girlfriend loves her promise ring. Will definitely be coming back in the near future!
