Enjoy Nails

As a visitor to Mt Gambier i booked in.They had me place my hands in a bowl of polish remover. Never had that done before. Then despite requesting nails not to be shortened they cut them back way too far.I had 3 different people attend with the staff moving from customer to customer and insufficient staff to copr. The benches tables and equipment were filthy.

Wanted stiletto nails with one had black and one hand white with a glitter finger on each hand... I got short pointy nails white hand was ok but the black hand was all black glitter with a random white glitter nail... there is also a gap between my real nail and the extensions and a heap of crusted glue stuck under my nails..What I wanted vs what I got

I had a few good sets here but stopped going when the service and quality declined.Recently I tried again. I rang and made an appointment and asked how long it would take, since I had to fit it around my work schedule.I get there a few minutes early and can see they are already behind and I end up waiting for 15 minutes. They did not clean the area, sets or shared equipment between myself and the last client.I had gel nails on and they would not listen when I told them to cut them off, and kept making me soak them in acetone (also shared with other people) which was a waste of my time. I am a fairly patient person but I was getting visually annoyed at my limited time being wasted.During this time people walking in were attended to over myself and 2 and a half hours later, after 3 different employees over 5 different switches worked on my nails, I walked out extremely late for work with nails that snapped and cracked within a week. Very poor quality, wont come back again. 2 and a half hours for a booked appointment is disgraceful.
