Pool World

We had a number of quotes for a pool and each time we were not impressed. They turn up with their glossy brochures and try and sell you what you don’t need. Dealing with John from Pool World was completely different. John listens to his customers and then provides options from there on. His knowledge is excellent about pool requirements and he doesn’t try and sell you what you don’t need. His quote is accurate and his price great with no hidden costs. What you see with John is what you get! A good product and old-fashioned service. His installer, Peter was very good at his job and does great work. The end product is awesome. If I had to build a Pool again, John at Pool World would be my only choice!

I met John at my house the beginning of the year. We agreed on terms and how the job is gonna go, but after he get his deposit his tech Peter started delaying the job from week to one another even I had an argument with him on the phone and don't come to my house to finish the job. After John got involved and he continued the job and finished it. They took all the money and finished my payment and that time it was winter. When we started summer and I opened the pool for my boys. I called Peter because his done all the hard work and he told me don't call me call John. When I called John he delayed me he said he way vary busy he will send me someone. At the end I had to get private tech Clark Rubber swimming pools. I spent too much money on this pool and I didn't get what I paid for.
