Baby Bunting Warners Bay

I went to BB over the weekend with my daughter in law and her mum and the lady that helped us was absolutely awesome, her name is Deb, she answered all the questions we had for her and more!!!Thanks Deb you are the best

Was in your Warners bay store today had 2 things I wanted to buy well over $1000 was in there for 35min not one staff member came near me or was around to assist. Get some more staff on weekends on the floor especially when there is a sale on.

Honestly just such a wonderful experience as nervous first time parents. The staff provided us with so much knowledge and helped us narrow down our decisions for car seats and prams based on the criteria we presented as well as providing advice on aspects we hadn't considered. Thank you so much to Sally, Allison and especially Jay for taking the time to go help us and being so attentive

I was served by Alison for a last minute baby shower gift. She was so lovely (especially a first time baby shopper with no baby!). I appreciated her time, her energy and her attention to detail. Will definitely buy all my baby goods there! And you can do a baby gift registry for a shower! How cool.

Staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming. We came in with a question regarding gifts for a baby shower and were assisted to the highest level- putting together a great gift. Special mention to Alison who was a fantastic staff member who helped my partner and I so much.

As first time parents, we are definitely overwhelmed by all the options available. Deb spoke us through the different capabilities of the prams, comparing models and prices and helped cater to our family and financial needs. She was so warm and friendly; this is the type of service that makes you want to choose a store like BB over a competitor.There was no agenda, and she encouraged us to test different prams to ensure we felt comfortable with our purchase.We didn't buy anything today, but we will be sure to come back to Warners Bay after we have made our decision.Thanks Deb. Brought a pram in that was boxed up and bought from Camperdown baby bunting and swapped it for the same one (to get the new buckle) as per the baby bunting returns policy.The pram (uppababy vista v2) is a $1700 pram. We received a scratched frame. I called the store to try and rectify this, so that I could swap for an unscratched pram. We still haven’t used our pram.Unfortunately the store manager didn’t want me to bring the pram back and kept pushing me to complete a warranty claim, she was fobbing the problem off to uppababy and there was unfortunately no customer service from this store.Very sad and disappointing experience after spending $1700.

Helpful staff, great range of products. However, it's not like you have much of a choice in Newcastle. I don't think there are any other providers this large in the area. Great range of products, staff know the products well. These guys offer an accredited car seat fitting service in the carpark if you need it - if I'm correct. The layout of the store is as good as it can be given the volume of stock etc. Lots of things on display so you can touch, feel, test etc. Sure to have 99% of your baby needs. Has served us well.UPDATE: click and collect service was easy and effective - was ready in under 60 minutes. Once again, friendly staff and as much or as little assistance as you like. Will continue to shop here. Nice work guys!!
