Dainese D-Store Melbourne

Bought a pair of gloves on Sunday realised they were a bit small. Called to the store spoke with James Monday. He helped me ordered a larger size and call me back Thursday to do the swap. It was just smooth transaction. Also a friendly young lady helped me when i pick up the gloves and showed me her bike (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) Friendly staff and good communication. well done guys

So glad I ventured into the D-Store today. The service from Phill and Miguel was exceptional, Phill's knowledge of the products is amazing, was super pleased to pick up the Miller replica helmet. Thanks again guys will be back for a suit shortly.

My girlfriend and I came by this store to purchase a helmet. I have to say the customer service was right up there thanks to a gentleman by the name of Michele.He looked after us from the moment we walked in, provided us with helpful tips and satisfaction. Never really had someone that awesome and we highly recommend Michele be the one you go see.

Went in to the store to purchase a new pair of gloves, i cant remember the guys name but he helped me try on just about every glove in every size, none of which were a perfect fit, instead of trying to sell me a glove he instead recommended i try a different brand to get the perfect fit. Theres a lot to be said about a sales person that wants you to have the right gear not just to take your money. I was beyond thrilled to learn that Melbourne finally got a standalone Dainese store! The collection is impressive and the staff are super friendly. I have been wanting a 1-piece suit for a while and now I can finally get one that is true to size with no gambling on size required. Pricing is what I expected, but no different to other Dainese stockists. Check the store out. It's nice to finally have the opportunity to see and try the full range, without going overseas to do so! Very happy.

Went in with 0 expectations - every other bike store does not carry stock in women's sizing higher than 48. These guys have full range, and was delighted to try anything on. The team are enthusiastic about their products and put you in the right direction to get the gear to fit you best.Please come to Sydney, it's a gap in the market that could definitely be filled by the range and service you guys provide.

My partner and I came across this store looking for a well fitting motorcycle helmet for myself, and I would like to say a special thanks to Michele, he was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect fit and so full of knowledge, I couldn’t have asked for anybody else to help. I love the new shop, looks amazing and the service is great! I came there because I thought they will have the best price as being Dainesse straight and not a random shop, I bought full kit without thinking much, when I got home my friend showed me I could get the same stuff for half of the price and free shipment from overseas, I was very disappointed, I know it’s my fault but charging almost double the price is literally crazy, I bought the super speed 3 leather jacket for 1.380$ and even in that price it doesn’t come complete, I had to pay extra for the back armor (120$)even when I also bought pants and gloves..honestly my recommendation is to research prices before go there, sometimes worth the wait of 15 days free shipment instead pay double for it.-

Why an amazing store run by amazing people! Jelani and Mick were so hospitable and looked after us so well! We were riding in from the rain and they took care us so well, from taking our jackets and taking our wet gear to an amazing personalized shopping experience! Mick’s experience with riding was a true insight into his knowledge about riding gear which was so useful! Jelani’s dedication to customer service and knowledge about Dainese products is second to none!The crew and I are in agreement that this will be the only shop we shop at for biking gear!
