While Nicki did not have 'my shower seal, she went out of her way to help me find a company close by. 'That' is good customer service, and if I EVER need insect screening, robe door or shower products, I will come to this company first ..... and recommend their services to anyone who needs a recommendation ..... thanks Nicki!

Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing, I was trying to receive a simple quote and was unable to obtain the quote. After calling numerous times to let them know I hadn't received the quote thinking it was a technical issue, my final call was with the receptionist to whom I said I was sorry about this and her reply back was a Sorry can't help you" and then hung up. To me this was disappointing as it was a simple request and I had already decided to purchase doors though them and I just wanted to see the colour."

Thank you very much to John. He was brilliant in the removing and reinstallation of our shower screen. He was punctual, thorough and professional in his work- the screen was securely fitted, with a neat finish. We engaged Shower Enclosure Service, as we needed to remove the shower screen so that the tiler could do waterproofing of the bathroom. Furthermore, the service desk was understanding in re-booking my appointment at short notice, when I had incorrectly booked the wrong date. Can highly recommend.
