Won't eat from here again. Came in to order 2 subs at 8:40pm paid with cash and needed 20cents change, they had already counted the tills. There was miscommunication between the staff members as the lady went to try and get more money and a guy came to the counter and asked if I could pay with card, they don't close their shop until 9pm. Asked for extra bacon on a sub and didn't receive any. Not good service for a busy area in the central area of North Lakes, especially towards the end of the night when some people only just finish work and wanted dinner.

After many dissatisfied visits to numerous subways, always having to mention to friends how bad the service always is but the chicken teriaki (?) Is to good not to return.I feel it is only fair to mention publicly how refreshing it was to walk into the northlakes store this morning and be met with such an incredible welcome, not only by the young bloke serving me, but his co worker to.The energy, culture, banter and genuine smiles between them and myself was something I can say I've never experienced in a subway before. They made me feel super welcome yet stayed professional even with the laughter between them and myself.I wish I had taken notice of their names, but thank you boys, for starting my big work day with a smile. (And a great sandwich)Management - Employees like these are worth their weight in gold!Thanks again fellas and I'll be sure to favourite this store when I'm in the area.

I am shocked honestly. I work at a Subway and this is not okay. The Staff had served me, and then whilst I was standing at the salads one girl served new customers behind me and the other young girl completed an online order whilst I was standing there. My food got cold. I thought customer service was supposed to be a top priority? My sub was squished and thrown carelessly on the counter. Honestly Really rude ☹️

Why is it every time i come here I'm left annoyed and disappointed at the service. This time (about 9.30am) my order was left on the bench getting cold while the customer in front of me and behind me are getting served. Why do you not ensure my order is actioned first instead of serving the person behind me??? So silly. Please obtain time management training asap!Furthermore I witnessed black bugs in the cheese. Yuck!!!

I went with my wife, 2 children and my children's friend. Ashton and his male colleague were on duty. Their service was excellent. They were courteous, kind and had a smile on their faces all the time. They treated the children with a lot of respect. The food was also excellent and great value for money. Thank you Ashton and your colleague.

Rude, unprofessional lazy staff.Order a fresh sub.. and got a toasted sub when I mentioned it was supposed to be fresh, the guy rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to make facial expressions to the customer behind me. So very rude.Honestly avoid this subway! Salad also looks like it has been sitting for days!

Won’t ever be ordering from here again. The salad section is always contaminated with food all over the place. You order onion and get carrot and olives because it’s all mixed in. I just watched as the guy making my sandwich leaned all over my food while reaching for the sauce dragging the ties from his apron (that was tied at the front ) through my sandwich . I told him what he did and he did it again reaching for the salt and pepper as all the other staff watched on. I wasn’t even offered a fresh sandwich. In disgust I paid and walked out and threw my food into the bin. Why would I eat that. Never ordering from that place again. Disgusting and the sandwich was poorly made.
