There was no concept of customer service here. Went there to pick up a product we needed urgently but were told there was no way to get it from the shelf behind them to our hands because the window shuts at 12. Asked them if we ordered it online and paid whether they could pick it for us from the shelf so we could pick it up" there and then. But no
