Our room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and professional. Car park was secure over night with key entry. Close to the tram to the city centre.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and two young kids (6month and a 3year old) was a great location super easy to get to and close to the city, room was clean and cleaned the following day (we stayed 2 nights) room was bigger then I expected with 2 TV's (one in each bedroom) service was fantastic helped me navigate which tram and where to get one and off to go where we wanted to and gave us a map....the only down side was the hotel looked a little dodgey from the outside but inside was immaculate however we could hear people walking up and down the stairs all night (they were noisy guests though)

We stayed park squire for 9 nights. And for emergency we need to add another 3 night which is super easy and the manager is super understandable. The apartment are clean, cozy and also the house keeping service is top notched.

Comfortable rooms,staff very friendly and helpful. Have been there twice and will go there again. They helped me out when I was discharged from hospital earlier than expected the staff were able to squeeze me in for a week stay to recover before flying home and were very respectful to my needs . Recommend highly

Park Squire Motor Inn & Serviced Apartments
We stayed at Park Squire in a family apartment for four nights. The place was very clean and cozy and the price was really good. It had a nice and well-equiped kitchen. The only issue is that it doesn’t have a lift so people with mobility problems or heavy language could be an issue.We will chose this place again surely next time we visit Melbourne.

I would stay here again, rooms are immaculate, the bed is super comfy and excellent instant hot showers, I arrived about 9:30pm the lady who was on was very friendly and helpful so were all the staff I saw on my stay they even asked if I wanted some milk, nice and quiet too in regards to other guests, there is traffic noise but that doesn't bother me.

This was the only hotel/motel we found during the Grand Prix time. The tram and train stop were close to reach, however, it’s about 30 min from CBD.From the outside, it’s not the best and it doesn’t look really safe.However, the room was ok.It wasn’t very clean, especially the bed sheets. We found some yellow/red stains and short black hair.From the door you could feel the cold air coming in. The pillows and the matress were so uncomfortable that we had neck and back pain for all the 4 nights.The bathroom was really nice and new. We were receiving new towels every day, which is good.

Excellent value, modern, small rooms with free parking, but steep stairs and fairly loud air conditioners. Good central location, but not scenic. Very attentive staff. Recommended.

The room was brilliant. Clean with ample room for solo or double travellers with the only downside is that you can only reach the rooms via stairs

Staff were very friendly, apartments were clean and tidy. Location excellent for sporting events at state hockey centre. Basic but budget friendly.
