Tileflair

We are currently renovating our house and have been very pleased with the quality of product and customer service from Tileflair in Mitchell.The showroom was excellent and set up to showcase wall and floor tile combinations which helped us with our tile choice. The kids play area was a life saver.Peter was knowledgeable about his products, and could answer our questions to assist us in making the right choice for our renovations. The delivery service was smooth without any delays, and available to suit our tiler.Overall we have had a great experience using Tileflair to supply our tiles, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others.

We recently had a bathroom renovation and used Tileflair. Peter was happy to provide a variety of full size samples for me to take home to show others and when we decided to go for a different shade, provided more so we would make an informed choice. He also provided advice on matching floor and wall tiles and alternatives that were a similar style to what we wanted.Peter kept in contact with us and the tiles were delivered on the day we were told they would be.When we had an issue with some of the tiles Peter was more than happy to help us fix it promptly and courteously.Tileflair also has excellent opening hours throughout the week and also on weekends which made everything much simpler.I would highly recommend Tileflair to everyone.

Excellent service and great range of tiles. Pete goes above and beyond to source samples and share his knowledge. It is very refreshing to have such friendly service and it makes the renovation process so much easier!

Really friendly and informative service. Even though he wasn't able to get the tiles we were after in time for our project (due to xmas/new years), he recommended another store he thought would have stock and who we ended up using.

Our house was built in 2013 and the tiles originally purchased from Tile Flair have been long discounted. We have one cracked tile that we needed replacement.The owner went above and beyond to find the best possible match he could and we are very happy with the result. Friendly and trustworthy. Pete at Tileflair is nothing less than an absolute legend. He consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we, as a client, are well looked after. His knowledge of the trade and products as well as his expertise have help get the job done right first time, every time.The showroom is so well co-ordinated that you can have a look at every single tile with ease and his range of tiles is exceptional, especially when compared to the big chain companies in the area.When you meet Pete, you feel like you have been mates for years and know that you will be looked after. We will not go anywhere but Tileflair.
