Silkwood Homes

My Experience has not been great building my first home with Silkwood homes.I was constantly re asking the same questions & even still have not had a response to clearly outline plans to work through defects.The site supervisor used explicit language in a email to me & Tried to cover up broken storm water pipe underneath my back yard by placing a grate into dirt (See images) & just not communicating that the Yard my need to be dug up to repair, this was after waiting almost 4 months for him to fix the hole.The house quality is below what anyone would expect for a brand new home, the paint job is rough after having to patch the walls, the Architrave was damaged when pulled off and was not replaced with brand new Architraves, the Carpet has stains on it & they are not mentioning any action plan around it, there is a out of plumb door frame as well. The experience building with Silkwood Homes was not great at all.
