WORST PLACE EVER! So unprofessional they damaged my brand new Samsung 23 ultra and won't fix it. They are getting reported and I will continually call until they replace my phone as they placed a screen protector on and it causesd the top right buttons on my phone to become stiff and not function properly. Iv gone back three times now and the issue is still occurring so unprofessional and the worst store ever

PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVIVE! ITS A REAP OFF. I went to put my screen protector so the guy tried to put it on for 30mins after 5 attempts he still failed to put it on properly as I was running late to an appointment i had to tell him that I had to go, he fixed it and told me I had a 3month warranty. As I went home the next day it started to bubble up and come off so I went back and they started making excuses that they can't change it.

On 27 sept I called into your Baulkham Hills Store and was told that they didn’t have a 13 mini case but they would be in within a week or two. Then after the person had a quick phone call with someone he offered that if I purchased a 12 Mini case as an interim protection and once the 13 Mini case, etc, was in stock I would pay the difference for what case I chose and return the 12 Mini case - I took up the offer. This offer was noted on the receipt by a note under the item listing “(exchange with 13 mini)”.I then proceeded to call in ~ every 2 weeks as we went grocery shopping and was told at every visit up to ~ 1 week ago that they were still on back order. Then at the last visit the person serving told me that you were not going to stock the 13 Mini accessories as there wasn’t the demand and there were no orders that he knew of, despite what I was told many times. I then showed him the receipt and the fact that the 12 Mini case didn’t fit the 13 Mini around the lens, and that because the 13 mini was a tiny bit thicker the corners of the case often started to come off. He agreed it wasn’t acceptable and then had a number of conversations via phone and finally was told that the 13 Mini case, etc, would be in by today.Today when I got there I was told that the 13 Mini case wasn’t in, but when I asked when it was ordered, your records only showed it being ordered yesterday… even though it had been over a week since I was told it would be ordered. At that point I said to forget it and give me a refund as I considered that 6 weeks and 6 days was enough lead time to get the case and I had lost both patience and confidence that it would materialise at all. This resulted in phone calls to two people both of whom said it was too long and that the case was damaged and there would be no refund. As for the time period between me taking the 12 Mini case and today, this was all Mobile Palace's delay, not mine, I was amazed at that statement. As for the “damage” statement how did they assess that over the phone? I have looked at the case on getting home and apart from 2 minor scuffs there was no “damage.Further it was not as though I would have a choice of cases as only one was being ordered in clear plastic! Rather than argue with a person who had no control over the situation I decided to walk away and treat the $29 as the price of a lesson not to trust Mobile Palace in future and make sure others knew of my treatment by Mobile Palace management. I know that there were at least 8 people waiting to be served

If I could put negative numbers for rating I would put -100000 for there quality and stock. The worst shop in MacArthur Square I changed my screen twice and I payed $360 after a couple of months the screen popped out, There was no damage on the case or screen half of my screen shut down and they said it is not our fault you physically damaged it, the quality of there screens are very bad that has happened twice I do not advise anyone to go there their quality is bad

If I can give -100 feedback I would. VERY DODGY PLACE! Service was ssoooo HORRIBLE. I bought a tempered glass screen protector for my new phone and have it installed by them. It was so awful! The glue was sticking out on the top of my phone, I had it redone and went to another kiosk.Take your money elsewhere, you'll just waste them here. THEY ARE REALLY DODGY.

I went here to replace a broken screen on my I pad they were more expensive then anywhere else in the Square, but promised quick and confident service. With in 4 days the I pad no longer worked, when I returned there was no one there who could help could i come back another day, I returned the next day and asked for it to be fixed, straight away they blamed me, even though it was obvious the screen was not fitted correctly, I was told it was fixed again so i took it home tried it out and much to my surprise it still did not work. So i returned again the following day asking them if the could fix it, Yes i was told, off around the mall I went until i got a call saying things were fixed all good.Well again the i Pad did not work, this time I asked for a refund and was told no, I asked for the managers contact number and was refused, it is now in the hands of the fair trading tribunal.A very poor experience form a group who seem happy to lie to you to get you business and then cheat you when they cannot supply what they offer. Shop anywhere else, this place is not worth the risk .

Do NOT waste your time or money here!!I took my phone in for a simple home button repair only to have them damage my phone then REFUSE to refund the money I paid to have them “repair” it.They also refused to foot the bill after taking my phone to a service that actually knew what they were doing to have their damage fixed.They flat out refused to claim any responsibility even though my phone was working perfectly bar the home button when I came in and when I left was not functioning.I ended up nearly $200 out of pocket after having to have some one else fix what they broke.Avoid this dodgy business!!!

As per all other reviews with the same results, I’m in that same very boat! If you wanna burn $110 easily and efficiently, you go to these guys for your iPhone screen ‘repair’ I mean, for your iPhone to be more broken. They refused they lost screws and when the screen stopped working days later they said it was my faults there’s no screws in the bottom. I’ve taken my matter to ACCC and they are even a hard time resolving this issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!UPDATE: ACCC contacted me and spoke to the manager of mobile palace, manager refused all damages to my phone and WILL NOT replace/repair/refund broken screen.

Absolutely terrible service. $89 for a screen protector for an S20. Totally bubbled up after 2 days. Came back for a refund. Told a number of lies that they can't give refund or they will refit and give refund next time. That there is a 3 month warranty which isn't written down anywhere. Told there is no manager. Accounts won't answer the phone. Lie upon lie. Will dispute transaction with credit card company.

Total Rip-off - This guy charge more than Approved Apple care . I went to apple care service and they quoted $475 for screen replacement but unfortunately they didn’t have in stock and came here and this guy quoted $750 ..
