Provincial Home Living - Penrith

My favourite homewares store! Unfortunately it is a 2 hours drive from my home, but everytime I travel through Penrith I stop in.Beautiful furniture and homewares with friendly and helpful staff.I have purchased both instore and online.

No customer service at all, we were not greeted with smiles or a simple “can we help you?” Other customers around us were greeted with friendly customer service but we unfortunately did not get that same service. We waited almost 20 minutes to receive help from any of the workers because we were willing to buy furniture but not even a slight look our way was given so we walked out and even on our way out a worker was in front of us & greeted the other customers and also asked them if they needed help! Mind you there literally was only like 4 other customers, where as when we entered a different store such as Pillowtalk not far from this store we were greeted properly and it also had a lot more customers too! The workers at the Penrith Provincial Home Living store are arrogant and unfriendly people, I would never recommend anyone to spend there money here due to the lack of respect that was given!!

Spoke to Robert over the phone, such a lovely gentleman who knows the products well and charms me everytime. Can't way to come all the way from Chatswood to buy some Easter goodies. Keeps me coming back to the Penrith store. Love the team.

Lovely experience in store. The amazing staff greeted me upon arrival, and bid me farewell in a beautiful way. Really beautiful product and beautiful people. My favourite Provincial Home Living in Sydney. Will definitely come back. 5 ⭐️ service!!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store. Incredibly underwhelming poor service. The staff say the item will be available in a short time just to get you to buy it. Then you wait around and don’t hear from them. Then you constantly call and they have no clue when the item is actually coming in, blaming it on the warehouse / covid-19. You can’t blame covid-19 or the warehouse on luring your customers and not picking up the phone to call them to give them an update.

I’ve had a really good experience in the PHL store in Penrith. Jo who served me was so honest about the glazing on the beautiful urn I purchased. She is an asset to the team. I wish more people had the excellent customer service ability that Jo has. Congratulations on hiring a women like Jo because you have done well ✅Cheers Jenny

Cannot speak highly enough of the ladies at PHL.I was desperate to get my new table & Lisa organised for it to come in from another store so I could have it nearly a month early.Francee helped me out with my chairs.And Jo... well just delightful. Helped me choose my flowers & vase, which look just beautifulThank you all so much
