We came in as we had a crack in our windowshield and were hoping to get some information on what could be done. The interaction with the staff member was less than 1 minute long and extremely rude. He looked at the damage, told us we needed a new windowshield and what the price was. After that he walked away. We tried to speak to him again especially since we had the windowshield replaced less than 2 weeks prior. We got brushed off again and told: I don't have time to explain windows to you". I found his way to speak to customers extremely rude. A little empathy never hurt anybody. I hope he just had a bad day but his customer skills could definitely improve."

Needed a new back passenger window. Git it shipped from Perth, replaced and better rates than Darwin had offered and quicker time frame.

Mayson returned my call promptly . He got my car in and new windscreen fitted within two days as it was in stock. Great service. Supportive mentoring guy for his apprentices. Went above and beyond on service

While travelling north around Sandfire had a stone hit the windscreen top right. Small star shape cracks with one 300mm crack growing bigger. Obvious I needed a new windscreen. Rang Mason in Kununarra who ordered a new on e straight away. It was waiting when we arrived in Kununarra. I dropped the car off the next day and Mason drove me back to the caravan park then picked me up again when the job was done. Thanks Mason I was very impressed.

A quick look and explanation of how the windscreens are made gave us the reassurance to continue on our trip and get it replaced when back home, only due to insurer specifying a genuine windscreen.Super informative and helpful local business.
