Bit of a joke!At first I assumed that this was a just a joke, but unfortunately not!We were told by Lee Manning that we cannot view the outside of a property unless accompanied by herself; without us actually entering the premises!She said this is normal practice - which it is not.Well Lee, you need to advised that Australia is not a dictatorship and we are free see any property from a public street (we thought we would take a quick look from the street to avoid wasting time on a full viewing, this apparently is not acceptable to Lee).My advice is avoid Lee Manning at all cost.Choose someone who works within the law of the land.

Lee was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Lee is a straight shooter so the home was priced perfectly and therefore sold quickly with a minimum of fuss.It was nice to know that Lee will always answer her phone or return my calls as soon as possible.Lee kept myself and the purchaser well informed through the whole process. I would definitely use Lee and MUM Real Estate again in the future!

I've dealt with several other agents in Ulladulla when buying and selling property, and when it came to selling my last house I didn't bother contacting any of them. Lee had just sold the property next door to mine for an excellent price, so I asked her and two other agents for an appraisal and sales strategy. I decided to go with Lee and I'm very glad I did. We had a good offer but unfortunately it fell through as the buyer experienced some difficulties, but Lee kept me informed and was positive throughout. The market started to slow and drop, and she still sold my property for more than the highest appraisal I got from the other agents. I was happy with the result and found her to always be professional, approachable and motivated. I highly recommend Lee Manning and MUM Real Estate.
