We had a number of bags and cutting it close to catch the train. Unanderra station has heaps of steps and no lift. It was going to be a challenge to get the bags up the stairs and then down to the platform, but the wonderful driver helped carry the bags up the stairs and as a result we made it. I cannot thank him enough. It was way beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately it was such a rush, there was no time to tip him, but I intend to rectify that now we are back.

Extremely disappointed in the service. Multiple instances of taxi cabs not arriving and follow up calls saying the request has timed out and no notification of such happening. Tonight broke the camels back as I waited an hour and as a taxi finally came by me, he honked the horn and i proceeded to follow them only for them to stop and then drive off! Extremely disappointed and so shocked something like that would even happen.

On multiple occasions ive had extremely rude and disrespectful drivers, just use uber. I shouldnt have to deal with someones bad mood just because they dont make $1000 a day anymore like in the 2000s

Pre booked a taxi, had not arrived after 15 minutes past the scheduled time.Phoned up to find out there was no taxi assigned.While this is understandable, a text message or phone call prior to the booked time would be appropriateExtremely disappointed

Called a cab for 12.05pm.... no show. Almost missed my train yo the airport. To catch a flight .. won't be using this service in the near future that's for sure... babd service

I would1have given this taxi company 4 stars,until a couple of weeks ago i tried to get taxi to wollongong hospital to see my sick wife,I waited 1hour & 35 minutes for a taxi,ringing every 20 minutes to see if it was coming, the operator told me they were trying to get me one,but there where none in the area !!! on a Sunday morning at 9.30am!!!,totally unreliable
