Great experience. Very helpful staff. David and Jasmine were very helpful and gave us lots of flyers and goodies. We can’t wait to explore the area.

The lady was more interested in where we were from rather than what we wanted to see and do. Once she had that she left and went over to a different counter. There are heaps of brochures there though which is helpful.Also annoying that you have to drive all the way to the zoo to the visitor information centre. It should be in the centre of Werribee.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. David was able to provide me a wonderful map for walks in the area. He also shared some of his historical knowledge of the area as he told me about the guided walks which I am really looking forward to joining.

the service is absolutely 10/10... David & Kathy helped us find out more about the area and we continued chatting for a long time. The knowledge from the both of them blew me away and made me even more excited to explore the Werribee region.
