We agreed to try the 1 day cleanse just to try and resest our relationship with food.The packages were delivered well packaged and with icepacks, insulated carry bags and instructions.I thought the juices were fine, some easier to drink than others for sure and for me the Bone Broth and Green Healing Soup were a god send to mix up in the day.First cleanse we didn't feel great on the day but both woke feeling better than we have done in years the next day. Super surprised that my husband who really avoids healthy foods was able to complete this and even wanted to continue really says something for the product.Due to this we have continued doing 1 day cleanses whenever we can (approx 1 week apart), each time feeling better and added bonus we have definitely lost weight too.1 month in not sure I could survive a 2 day or more day cleanse but really happy with the results from regular 1 day cleanses.
