He was very responsive with updates regarding the issues he uncovered and was very upfront about the practicalities of the issues. He saved my PC from near irepairable damage in not only an efficient manner, but one that ensures the longevity of its life.Graeme is clearly a professional in his field and performs with work to the highest quality possible. G man the PC man (Graeme) is a genuine IT professional. I’ve come across many IT people over my 21 years in small business and Graeme’s advice is not only technically sound but also cost considerate. Would have no hesitation in recommending him for small business or personal IT needs. He truly cares and always does the right thing, or at least has done for us when we have called upon his advice or services. Graeme 'GMan' is a great local IT fix-it man. He has rescued data for us. Set up a Linux laptop for us. Graeme is very approachable and doesn't talk gobbledegook but explains issues in an easy understandable manner. I have a great deal of confidence in his advice.

This is a long delayed review...all these months later i am STILL livid! This guy worked on my laptop...a $1800 MSI laptop which was less than 2 years old. I discovered once arriving home one of the USB ports no longer worked. When i mentioned this to him, I drove there again so he could fix it. He had the nerve to say my laptop was old...my laptop must have been sitting on a shelf for years, and he almost threw my laptop at me. He was aggressive, and still to this day my USB port does not work. A laptop worth almost $2K and it now has a non-functioning USB port. Do not use this aggressive retired and obviously grumpy old man to come within 20ft of your computer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Graeme is extremely receptive, reacting quickly to matters as they pop up.He is also proactive in forward planning to avoid issues. At the same time understands higher level strategy and constraints. His solutions are well thought through and bespoke, giving due consideration to the issues our business is dealing.He is also a fun addition to the office when he is on site and works well with the wider team.Overall great value for money and a good person.
