I contacted the store in regards to a missing delivery. Daniel contacted me straight away and did everything he could to help resolve the issue. He kept me up to date with what was going on. Daniel apologised for the inconvenience even though the missing delivery wasn't his fault (it was actually the fault of the courier service). Daniel went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending Design Kids to my friends and family. Thanks again, Daniel!

We were lucky enough to be passed on a Babyletto Lolly Cot by friends . The cot was fabulous but missing a few crucial bolts. I contacted Design Kids and Daniel could not have been more helpful. A few days later and the bolts arrived in the mail. The cost ....nothing. Great product and great customer service.

My wife purchased a kid lounger for our daughters and had amazing communication- especially once she realised she accidentally selected click and collect- the staff went above and beyond to send it in the post as soon as possible. The package arrived well packaged and protected- perfect product and our daughters love it.

Delivery was super fast. My only issue is that the mattress doesn't seem to fit very snugly in the cot, even though it says it's suitable for the Babyletto Scoot crib (which is what I have). There are fair sized gaps in each of the corners.. Not sure if this normal (as the corners are rounded- like putting a circle into a square) or if I received a defective product..?
