I have had business with Todd at Yard RE recently. I use Todd and the company as previously and recently the service is excellent. We are always informed about how things are goingand no problem is too hard for the team. Recently my mum passed. I sold my mums home with Todd and the team. Theywere so compassionate and considerate as well as very professional. The home sold within a week. No hassels. Thanks Todd and the team.

The team at Yard are fantastic to deal with, they provided excellent service both pre and post sale, took us step by step through the process, provided prompt, open and honest communication and were always more than willing to arrange a private viewing by my relatives on our behalf for a few properties. Quite literally the worst! Do not care about tenants at all, only about the landlords. Will never look into repairs but when it comes to inspections even though you have a spotless house will demand more. Do not understand what service they offer? A joke!

What an amazing experience with David Kirkbride.We enlisted David to sell our first home as we found a home we fell in love with and made a subject to sale offer. We contacted David with little to no notice to list our existing property and he went above and beyond to get the house photographed, listed and a home open within a week. David presented our home so well that we only needed one home open, with 18 groups coming through and 3+ offers within 4 days. The offer we ended up accepting was above and beyond our expectations. Due to an incredibly bad experience with the real estate agent of the property we had bought, David was a constant means of support and was available to answer all of our questions/queries anytime day or night and even got involved with emails to make sure we had the best outcome possible.David has been incredible and we couldn't recommend him enough to anyone buying or selling.
