Great experience, great staff and great price. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the work conducted by Macdonald Air and Electrical. They initially completed work installing a air conditioning unit and upgraded the power box at my parents and they were impressed as well. As a result, I even got them to install the five aircon units at my house, shortly afterwards. From Bianca in the office to the boys at the workplace, they were professional and patient and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to other family and friends.

The team at MacDonald Air and Electrical have been fantastic throughout the process. They installed a solar system, smoke alarms and data cables in my home and the teams that came out were polite, friendly, helpful, did great work and tidied up after themselves. The team in the office were prompt to reply and easy to deal with. Would happily use them again.

I recently used Macdonald Air & Electrical to install a new air conditioner, ceiling fans and stove. Their service was faultless and I thoroughly recommend them for any electrical work. The 3 installers were on time, friendly, hard working and efficient. After they finished, they cleaned up all outside and inside areas thoroughly - not one bit of rubbish was left. They also took away all packaging and old appliances. I won't hesitate to use them again. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. Jill

Madonald Air and Electrical were very helpful and replaced my old air conditioner without any fuss or bother. Very helpful, quick service and installation. Would recommend for any air con work, as they previously did a service and helped me get another year out of my old air con.

Macdonald Air and Electrical did a brilliant job installing two split systems in our house. It wasn't a straightforward job, and we probably weren't the easiest of clients, but Alex was patient and understanding of all of our questions and requirements before and during the installation. Alex was always punctual, pleasant, and professional and he showed an attention to detail which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the results and are looking forward to keeping our cool this summer.

Handled aircon install brilliantly.Handled solar installation well, a bit pricey but provided panel layout requested. System performs well.Miscellaneous electrical GPOs, data, and TV install did not go well. Little care for roof space insulation and waterproofing (batts and sarking). Lot of pressure on progress payments, little on goodwill and satisfying customer.

Alex and his crew recently installed 4 x Mitsubishi splits at our property. From the beginning to the End (quote to install) Alex was transparent and very cost competitive. He was very approachable and quick to respond to any queries we had which was a great help. The 2 installing techs Alex and Ryan were both very courteous and well mannered. Their work was to a very high standard and cleaned up after themselves. Would have no issues recommending Macdonald Air to friends, neighbours and colleagues. Keep up the good work.

I want to say how impressed I was with the boys who installed our aircon yesterday. It certainly wasn't an easy job and ended up being more of a challenge than they expected but they took it in their stride and we ended up with a wonderful result. They had great attitudes, communicated with each other really well and overall were some of the best installers I've ever had. They communicated really well with me as well ensuring everything was exactly as we wanted it every step of the way and I just can't say enough nice things about them. We really appreciate having such a great experience and will definitely recommend these guys!
