Sometimes you can be put off with fancy adds but with Alex he provides a very personal service with being very knowledgeable and all at a very compatible price. As someone who is very picky in who I would recommend let alone write a review for i wouldn't hesitate with TSSTelco.

Alex helped us with our poor home wifi. We had had technicians out previously who could not solve the problem but Alex was very knowledgeable and improved things significantly. He was reasonably priced for his expert skill. Would definitely recommend him.

Best Starlink Installer on the Gold Coast!The technician is reliable, professional and an all-round internet expert. He started by making everything clear before he did the installation. He asked all the relevant questions and told us the different options and pricing, taking into account all of our uses for the internet.Our house is too large for just the Starlink modem, so after he installed the dish he installed some data cabling and wi-fi access points. Now everything is working better than ever.5 stars! Highly recommended!

We just moved into a new house and we needed our internet port moved and our internet activated. We had our electrician come to look at the problem but he said we need a specialist in nbn cabling. He recommended TSS Telco.We definitely weren’t disappointed. Not only did their NBN Electrician install our new nbn point, he also got our internet working and helped us connect everything. He had extensive knowledge of the entire tech in our house and obviously had years of experience dealing with ISPs as well. When he spoke to iiNet on the phone, he seemed to know more about their job than they do. He was giving them very specific instructions on how to get our NBN box activated.I will be recommending him to family and friends.

Alex was prompt and helpful. We live in apartment and some of our electrical items are controlled via wifi so when it drops out it’s as if nothing works.
