We've been given this cot from a family member. It's a 2 year old cot but it's missing screws. I called the store and I was asked the model number. I said where would I find it - Its on the receipt. I said its not a option. is there a model number on the cot? Nope!I was told to go to their website. I've checked out the site and they done have colour pictures of the cots. I have no idea what model number the cot is, no help from the staff and was referred to the site. Site is just a basic site. I would recommend to stay away from this brand. If they can't help a customer when they are in need then what's the point to buy from SCJ? I'll stick to Boori. Please Avoid. It's seems they only care for the Sale. After sale service does not exists.
