My granddaughter had a ball when I took her... The only thing that would have made it better were if the council were to keep the maintenance on all the activities in the playground up... but for a free park on the esplanade it's pretty good for both adults & child...

Fantastic park, if it's one thing the sunshine coast has done well it's the amazing parks that are around. And not just small swing sets and a slide, this place is huge.

Cool playground. Loved how such a big fun playground is right next to the beach. Cool equipment. The slides are big and fast.

Kids were entertained for hours. Signs teaching sign language, wheelchair swing, parent and bub swing. So much for all ages and abilities.

Also fun for adults! There is a wheelchair swing!There was a cool computerised touch noise game thingy that had my attention, but unfortunately a smaller non adult child was playing on it so we never got a turn.We will definitely visit again when we're in Hervey Bay. So much fun!

Fun for everyone. Close to beach. Seats under shady trees but still close to kids playing. Couldnt see any coffee close by..big bummer..But that doesn't mean there wasn't any. Skate park and basketball court close by.

Great play ground slides weren't very easy to slide down, very grippy, but my daughter enjoyed it.

A little bit limited for younger kids, but great for slightly older kids or adults alike. The climbing frame was really quite tall, and there's a height recommendation for kids who want to climb this and go down one of the tree large slides. Otherwise, there's a sandpit with diggers, swings, small climbing ropes, a wheelchair swing or computerised touch games for adults. The area was kept clean and there were several benches for picnics, alongside toilet facilities too.

Good for all ages, impressive climbing structure, with playgrounds spread across the park for all ages.
