Who the hell doesn't do click and collect in 2022?Can purchase online, but postage only.Store confirmed has said item over an hour away.Store can't hold item or take a deposit or just let me pay online including postage, and simply instore collect anyway.So I've just gotta risk the hour each way hoping the item is there.When you make it hard to take my money, I just go elsewhere.Unbelievable.

Fantastic service from Tash and Chloe as always! Always go above and beyond for the customers and give a personal touch to each sale with friendly conversation and a kind smile. They make you feel like you've known them forever and it keeps you coming back as a loyal customer. The girls always take care of me for any special occasion, especially during the Xmas rush. Very hard working girls who are dedicated to the store and their customers.

Got ignored for ten minutes before getting served and then got asked to move out of the way straight away… not comfortable at all do better.

Went into Prouds looking for some new rings to add to my collection and the girl Haley that helped me was so knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in making it an experience and not just a sale!!

Very unprofessional staff who are very misleading and Tash will not admit to raising her voice at me over the phone. They claim that they told me about the extra charge on a customer order but I didn’t realise the charge until I paid the deposit, they lied when I addressed this to head office as they didn’t tell me upfront before doing the order and making the payment. Please don’t use the jeweller they use as he’s not very good as he recently fixed a loose stone for me and now the stone is loose again and it should not have happened and is overpriced too. Also this store has a limit to 4 customers at a time and I’ve seen more than 4 customers in the store. This store was good when Peta was the manager there and now they have lost their ways.

The shop assistant Hayleiygh, brown hair, brown eyes. Beautiful service, beautiful personality and beautiful smile. She’s the kind of person that lights up any room she walks into. Her kindness doesn’t stop there, she still goes out of her way to wave or smile whenever she sees me at Orion.I’ll definitely be back.

My fiancé and I went in looking for wedding bands and Tess was an absolute gem! She met us where we were at both financially and emotionally (we gave ourselves a compressed timeframe and were getting a bit overwhelmed with the pressure) Tess was welcoming and listened to us as we explained what we were looking for. She told us about the different metals and what would work best.In the end we found a ring for my fiancé that was great for him, he loved and Tess was genuinely happy for us. Overall great experience!
