Range of products on offer is reasonable but on both visits the store was under-staffed and service was near impossible to get without a long wait

Nice showroom, purchased subway tiles for the kitchen said your local competitors had them cheaper by $3 but refused to budge and wouldn't have them instock for a week so I had to drive half an hour to pick them up which was annoying but ok.. jumped on your website this arvo and noticed orders over $100 had free delivery but was never mentioned it to me... Also because you wouldn't budge I said I would get adhesive and all the extras at bunnings spending $90 there tonight (not even an attempt to get an add on) so I guess your loss for add on sales and profit. I only purchased from you guys becuase you were a fraction better at customer service and considering both times we went we had to approach staff for help pretty disappointing

Thank you to the wonderful team at national tiles Springwood! I ordered tiles at another store to be collected at Springwood, when I arrived they informed me they didn’t actually have this particular tile in stock !! The manager quickly made a few calls and within 15 minutes she had spoken to the distribution centre and arranged for tiles to be taken off another order which wasn’t to be collected for a few weeks so my tiles could be laid a few days later, what was a stressful moment was made so much less stressful - I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I couldn’t have my tiles- they look gorgeous!! Thanks again team !!

This place has a good range of tiles that are well displayed. But the shop has a cold feel about it and not enough information is available except by asking the sole staff member. Having to wait 4 to 5 days for stock to arrive is also a negative feature. No discounts for quantity are mentioned or access to tradesmen.

Visited the store a few weeks back to look at tiles for our bathroom reno. We really had no idea what we were doing but were set on our floor tiles. All the staff were so helpful and even helped entertain our cheeky toddler while we looked around. The small kids area is a game changer and all businesses should have one! In particular a massive thank you to Penelope, she was absolutely lovely and spent so much time with us helping us with our tiles and we also just enjoyed having a chat with her!
