I was a tenant in a home with significant mould issues, Les sprayed his inadequate essential oils on, but failed to properly investigate the root causes of the problem. On being called back a month after his treatment, he showed that he was more interested in keeping work with the rental company than telling the truth. After telling us that there were big issues, he lied in his report so that the agents were happy. He refused to tell us if the home was livable saying that he'd lost work in the past. We called a microbiologist who investigated and tested the home and it was proved to be in an unliveable state.
