Very bad customer service in the printing section side of works. The staff there are so rude. It's understandable if they're overloaded or understaffed, but don't take that out on customers.

Looks like they are improving stock and their range for artists which is good as there's no specialised art supplies shop in Darwin.It's tidy, prices are marked everywhere and the range is also for professionals.

Really disgusting service I have received. Bought iPad in April and touch screen was not working working after 7 months. I went to the store and they said it will take min 2 weeks or max 4 weeks as they don’t have any facilities to repair so they will send to Adelaide. I can understand that. No calls/no message till 6 weeks. Then I got call from service Center (Adelaide) we couldn’t remove your account from iPad to reset the iPad. So from my side, I have to remove the account. 2 weeks gone after that, I hadn’t received anything mail/phone. Today I went to the store, straight way I called the manager, now he told I have tried to contact you. I mean, I haven’t received any call/message or email. Then I have checked the receipt, they entered wrong name and email id. I told him at least call me on my phone second time. At least he/manger can said sorry for inconvenience but nothing. I work as customer service representative and I said sorry for many time if customer facing inconvenience. Nothing he said. Worst service.

Go to find the id printer. There is no service at all. Ask for the staff, everyone is pretending busy and no help. I feel uncomfortable with irritating service today.

I recently visited OfficeWorks to buy an Apple Watch as a gift for my partner, and unfortunately had a negative experience with a female store attendant. Despite my polite request for assistance in locating the Apple Watches, the attendant's treatment was strange and felt unwelcoming. The behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable. I ended up purchasing the watch, but the overall experience left a bad impression.

Went there last monday. Other staff was friendly and helping, but i got ignored by “Matt” despite him hearing me calling for help and waving, he didnt come to me and walked away instead.

Don’t go here for printing. It takes ages, quality is poor and it’s expensive in comparison to the local copy shop.

This shop is a typical self serve shop.You look for the advertised product cannot find it the ask for help.And if your lucky it won't be stuck on a truck due to weather and flooding.Overall the staff are happy to help if your ask but they do enjoy have little chats whilst customers are waiting to pay.The manager could definitely get this fixed.

Maybe when an iPad is not in stock, remove the cardboard hanging signage’s off shelf! Waste of time for people wanting to purchase an iPad.
