I’m actually really annoyed I haven’t my nails done in over 6 years decided to get them done it’s been 7 days and I’ve already need them refilled and redone correctly. Paid $55 dollors for them to needing to be done again. Not to mention the wrong colour their colour number was clearly wrong on the nail pad to what was on the nail bottle also to mention they weren’t even fully covering my nail she’s completely left a gap between my skin so 7 days later they need refilling and needing to be really done. Never going back to this place doesn’t know how to do nails not the right colour and already needing to be redone cause they weren’t done correctly. Disappointed.

Got acrylic set done. The lady was LOVELY and very gentle. I was very happy with them. But a week later and 8/10 have come off. With no effort on my part. Haven’t bumped or pulled them, they just started lifting. Very disappointing.

My Nails are not properly done and are bumpy .Some fillings are missing and I hate the shaping .Its not professional and Its meant to be nude but its very see through and I can see my original nails. Do not recommend going here and I'm getting a refund. Ugly and disgusting. TW:Sorry for the bad photo

How they managed to achieve both fat and skinny AND wonky nails is beyond me. My nails are about as thick as they are wide. When I tried telling them numerous times throughout the process I kept being told “that’s the shape that’s the shape” like I’m the idiot… professional nails? Nope. Will not be returning.

I like how is the shop make the nail for me and the staff take care for me very nice, i will be back for next time thanks for helping my nail.

$60 for clear nails is ridiculous…I get charged $45 at Westlakes, they are friendlier and make sure not to cut my skin…

Got shellac done on my toes a couple of weeks ago, the girls were lovely, and hekpful with picking out the colour, and the massage chair was great as always, but the quality of the nail clean and trim was poor, as was the shellac. The job was rushed, and has started to come off on most toes. I was told it would laat many weeks. Will not be returning. And absolutely not worth $45

Been coming here for years. Lovely polite staff. Great service . Nails do NOT fall off or break. No crazy waiting times. They offer foot spa. Waxing and Eye lash extensions also.

My wife had her nails done with pedicure and paid $70. One week later one of the nails came off so we went back to ask if they could fix it. They told us the guarantee is only for one week. $70 for one week. She didnt care at all that my newly married wife was emotionally upset. We will never come back and found the product poor quality, and the service terrible. She offered to do the whole lot again for the full price $70. Can you believe that. Check the guarantee folks !!!
