I took my car to be serviced with John at Kincumber last week. It was, by far, the best customer service I have received from anyone in the industry. The service itself was quick and very affordable. As someone who knows little about cars, John wasn't at all patronizing or condescending in answering any questions I had; this is important to me in any industry. I'll be returning to Kincumber Automotive Services as long as John will have me.

After buying my first second hand car i took it into express lube Erina for a service. They gave me a list of things that needed to be done and was quoted around $1100. Seeking a second opinion i took my car to Wayne at Kincumber brakes and service and was extremely happy with the service i received there. He informed me half the stuff on the list didnt actually need to be done and he did the things that did at a very reasonable price. Would recommend Kincumber brake and service to anyone..and i will only be taking my car there from now on.

Recently I noticed a whining noise coming from the bottom of my car that for once was not associated with a flattened cyclist.I took the beast to John and we successfully dislodged a small child from the dustbin sized aftermarket intake to discover a worn bearing in the alternator.We replaced the bearing and now the car runs smoother and quieter than before (much to the dismay of my street racing crew that have grown accustomed to the sound of whirring as I 'too soon junior' them on the quarter mile).Thank you Kincumber Brake & Steer. I now take the cash AND I take the respect (to some people that's more important).
