These beautiful ladies assisted me and truly went beyond my vision and exceeded expectations for my engagement arrangements. Purchased a beautiful bouquet for my firstborn grandchild. The arragement was absolutely stunning and full, definently worth the price. The customer service was absoulety impeccable, exremely happy with my purchase and will be back again!

I purchased flowers from here for my wedding dinner in December (see attached photos). Suffice to say they looked extraordinary and the service was second to none too.All of the flowers were specified to our liking and came out looking even better. We received many compliments by the guests and some even took them home.We always look to Plenty Valley Florist for flowers on our special occasions because they have the range of flowers suit our needs, their staff is very knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive.Keep up the great work, girls

Amazing customer service.. so many beautiful flowers to choose from. I ordered flowers from here for my partner 3 times now and never disappointed.. Honestly AMAZING. Will not buy my flowers from anywhere else but here. Not only are they the most amazing bouquets I have ever bought, but the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. I asked for a bouquet within my budget and you said ok you are going to make it especially for me (in a sarcastic tone.) While making it, all your workers were laughing under their breath which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I said I wanted to see the bouquet and wasn't happy with some of the wilted flowers used, you were very rude with your reply and told me to pick my own flowers then (once again very rudely). I don't know why I didn't just leave at that point. I then noticed that the person before me chose the same flowers as me, & then you proceeded to charge me a few more dollars extra. Its not about the money, but about principle, attitude and the negative energy in the shop. I will never buy flowers from your shop again.You really need to work on your customer service and greeting people with a kind smile not making them uncomfortable while they are waiting for their bouquet. If I could rate the customer service of this place -5 I would.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Fatima for her amazing customer service. I ordered some flowers for my niece engagement, and I was so happy with fresh flowers and gorgeous presentation. It was absolutely beautiful.Thank you so much!
