Have never had a good experience in my many many visits. The staff are rude, arrogant and seem to want to belittle customers instead of offering help. The first time I thought it was a one off, but more visits left me more disappointed.Until today that pushed me over the edge with how rude a particular staff member was with anything I did. I got my parts but I will not be back.

They are so very helpful there and able to fix small parts/ great variety of stuff. Very helpful changing batteries and always happy to help. We love this shop.

I called to see if they had a dvd player (yes in 2023), the guy was super responsive on the phone. As I walked into the store literally 5 minutes later he had the box ready on the counter.The store looked like it had a lot of stock of the normal jaycar stuff and more.Great experience, great staff.

Bought a small amplifier at Nowra store. Young salesman was very friendly and helpful. Amplifier was very easy to setup and works very well. Thanks for your advice.
