Fantastic service from Dan. Dan spent a good amount of time teaching me about the product I was shopping for which resulted in an informed purchasing decision. Absolutely brilliant.

Great crew here, always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, the store is well mapped out and in a great location up there at Mt Barker. Never leave without more than I was looking for because I’m always on the lookout for a hot deal as a BCF member which was a beneficial financial decision considering how often I frequent the place.

Great shop not bad discount as well

I'm a regular customer as I live in a tent 24/7 and buy all my camping items from this store and without it it would be far more unpleasant due to it being the best and one of only camping stores in Mount Barker

Great service. I had a team member greet me not far into the shop who was able to give me all the information required, and was more than happy to accompany me to the product for more assistance as I had very little experience with the items.This isn't saying that the team members follow and pressure customers, in fact the opposite, many times I have been having a happy browse and and after the initial greeting have been left to enjoy looking through the store.Thank you BCF and Staff.
