NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - DON’T GO HERE!I went here to print off TWO 5x7 photos from a USB.I had travelled an hour into town with my 10 week old baby who was getting a bit upset - no one spoke to me the entire time I was in the store.I was quite stressed with my baby upset and trying to get the 2 prints off so I could get him out of there.The two staff were standing at the front counter talking rubbish the entire time.I ending up leaving when the young guy said ‘do you need help’? Great pick up moron.I will never shop here again and will go out to Harvey Norman even though it’s totally out of my way as I refuse to give these idiots my money.

Wouldn’t waist your time , purchased a product from these people that was faulty and they flat out refused to replace or refund it. Thought I was doing the right thing supporting the little guy , boy was I wrong. When we returned the product they were very rude and not interested in helping us whatsoever

Sold a new lens cap to me. Actualy Im realy thankful for that. Lost my one during the australia trip and with this third party lens cap I was able to protect the lens for the rest of my trip. Thx

After my phone died, I went and saw Jai and was very very impressed with his help and product knowledge. I walked out with a pre-loved phone (which is as good as a new one) and with all old phone apps still intact. Would highly recommend this business to anyone who is willing to listen.Thanks Jai,Ros

No customer service at all. Lady at the front counter was so rude. Just a nice smile to welcome customers would do.Don't go there. Just go to harvynorman for all printing stuff. At least they got friendly staff.

Wosrt customer service i have seen. Have previously shopped there before but with the service i have recieved lately I will never shop there again. She was rude, unhelpful almost like she didn't want me in the shop. Thank you lady, this is one customer you will never see again
