Bought a Yamaha music cast 50 and then emailed to ask for express post as I need it this week I did advise I will pay for the express post. Joe contacted me and advised he has sent this via express post free of charge from Melbourne to Sydney! This place is amazing and you actually feel that they genuinely care about their customers. I recently purchased a Phono Pre-amp from Selby in Hallam.Hamish looked after me.I was very impressed with his knowledge and care he took to make sure that I had the correct equipment for my system.

This is kind of paradise. Large variety of almost every AV items - from cables and brackets to streamers and screens. The service is impeccable. I have bought few things from here and never felt dis-satisfied.

Really helpful and welcoming staff. David spent quite a bit of time with me testing a few different speakers out and I went for the Audioengine A2+ (amazing sounding speakers, by the way!).Happily bought them + a sub and David even carried them to my car as I had my baby with me, which was massively appreciated. Lovely staff and I'll 100% be back. Thank you!

Looking for a set of speakers and dropped in to see what was available. They were extremely helpful and let us compare about 8 options. Excellent advice from the team. I live in the country Victoria so I did a fair bit of e mailing, The replies to my enqueues were always fast, When I picked up my turn table in Thombury Vince was very helpful and went to some trouble to set up a demo with a set-up like mine . I would recommend them and if I need to update any of my gear I would go to them.

Honestly… just the most patient and lovely people. I missed out on two subs I really wanted and tried to work out how to work out an alternative as they only had one left. Finally found a second sub at another store across the country. But this was after changing my mind twice about it.They transferred store credit from another order and sent me the one I really wanted anyway without complaints.I feel like the biggest pain in the @ss but honestly, best customer service I have experienced anywhere in Oz. I’ll be giving my business to these guys going forward when possible.I think buy with confidence…

Vince was great in helping me choose a turntable as a gift. He explained what differentiated models and what user experience justified price increases between models. Lovely to shop local for gifts.
