Strange experience the other day where i brought in my compactor plate and was quickly turned away from even looking at it. Not sure why they wouldn't even look at it or help me? Im a paying customer and a business owner who was willing to pay for an inspection but the man kept insisting on i go elsewhere. I felt very disrespected because the machine works i just wanted it tuned up and serviced. Also he kept asking me where i got it from? Strange question because why does that matter??? Not sure if they ask everyone of colour that same question but it really stood out to me. I took my compactor to another repair shop and they happily and quickly inspected it. Not happy at all with thid experience at Hy Qual

From the first phone call to going in for service/parts the service was 10/10 hard to find people who care and go above and beyond to help you regardless of how small the help is im sorry I can not leave more stars thank you for your help..

Trying to get my Husqvarna pressure washer fixed (also have a mower, whippersnipper and blower/vac all boughtfrom them), had to get in touch with the State Rep of Husqvarna. All up was 4 months wait with lies as to why it wasn't fixed. They blamed it on Husqvarna moving - which they weren't. They blamed it on supply shortages - which there wasn't. Turned out the Albion Park Rail store had lost their Husqvarna authorisation a year earlier. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

They look after my old dad. He bought a nice ECO battery trimmer here. Not expensive but powerful and great quality. They fix him up with chainsaw stuff too.

I have been a regular customer of theirs for over seven years,Just the other day they fixed my whipper snipper on the spot, I bought it off them 5 years ago and they keep it running,I also bought a husquavana lawnmower off them two years ago, I like their friendly diligent service and I don't go anywhere else.

I went in to get a new chain and bar for my old chainsaw. The owner said my bar was in a good condition and didn't need replacing so I just got a new chain. Good to see that this is a honest business. Will definitely go here in the future for my future power gardening equipment.

Took my mower in for a blade change... with such tough times and products hard to get the guys went above and beyond to find my odd size blades .. fit them and do an oil change on the old girl ... and gave her back to me better than ever ... all in a couple of days .. grateful beyond words !!!
