The counsellors at Restful waters I find to be very wise, helpful, friendly and receptive.I have had a lot of problems with self confidence and their techniques, mostly of self acceptance, have helped me immeasurably in all aspects of my life. The counselling services from The Restful Waters' team have been incredibly beneficial to me. They have led me to have great insights, attitudinal shifts and a heightened awareness around how my mind works.This has allowed me to regain more control over my thoughts and state of wellbeing.
