Mount Barker Property Management

The team at Mount Barker Property Management have taken care of all the admin for my residential portfolio since 2016. It has made being a Landlord much easier and having an CPA doing the bookeeping rather than a registered Property Manager has made taxtime more effective and I have to say that my retirement plans are looking more invitin than they did when I used a traditional Real Estate Agent to manage my rental home.

Not afraid of holding others accountable for their actions. Holly is a fair negotiator and pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to engage their services again.

I've had Mount Barker Property Management take care of the leasing and the tenancies for my two rental homes for several years now. I'm pleased to say the properties have been kept in much better condition than I'd expected when I put them out for rent. Holly, Colin & Jo have been great to deal with and their knowledge in building construction has been valuable. The leasing fee & management retainer is also fairly priced.

Spoke with Holly this Morning and was so impressed and thankful for the time she was able to give me in answering a multitude of questions. property managers like Holly are a rare find and I look forward to working with her and the team at Mt Barker Property Management team further in the future.

Holly is one of the rudest people you will ever deal with! Arrogant and never returns phone calls and then blames you for not getting back to her!!!! Never trust this one person business with your property or you will regret it when you find out nothing is done properly and then tenants get away with anything

worst by far of any property manager I have dealt with. fails to communicate and refuses to give inspection reports , bonds not given or registered to tenancy. has been dismissed as agent but told tenant she had not been and took rent and would not pay owner. really a so called one man band with apparently their own rules.good to see more of your lies in your reply, I am many others will see you in court if you turn up.A great court decision to see you guilty of criminal offences. Holly has been an outstanding property manager for our property the past two years. Far beyond any other property manager or company I have used over multiple rental properties for 10+ years. I cannot recommend her or Mount Barker PM higher.

Currently a real estate agent working illegally. From a mental health professional, Holly Shire should be required to self-admit to to mental health unit. I will not go into all the details as I believe she require professional medial help.

Holly is one of very few Real Estate Agents in this area who goes totally above and beyond to help you. She's very knowledgeable and she actually cares about people like her job role requires. Without her help, I would have most likely be homeless. She is aware of the needs and wants of this area too. Holly is also very efficient and doesn't leave any unanswered questions.
