I booked 2 cars in for RWC. They were very through and honest with their findings. The staff were second to none amazing from my first telephone call to my booking in. The process was simple and I was well informed about the process and charges. I was greeted very politely and professionally at the counter. Maverick and team did a job well done with my RWC for not 1 but 2 cars. In fact I ended up leaving one car and they gave it a service all on the same day. How bloody awesome is that!! None of this malarky bring it back next week... Communication was via txt message advising when cars was good to go. Now that is damn good service. I says to my hubby .. book his in with this place. Local supporting local. 5 STARS. Service... can't beat it.. friendly bunch. Thanks a million best $$ that I spent on RWC.

Nothing but issues on multiple occasions and a lack of communication, especially from the gentleman at the front desk. At one point, they legitimately forgot that we had left the vehicle at their business to have work done on it. Additional work was done on it without us receiving a phone call regarding the pricing or any concerns. Won't be returning again.

Sent my car for a roadworthy after cleaning my car and checking every inch of it in readiness for selling it. Got car back with 2 small dings... that only happened when it was with you. Thanks for reducing the ***** price guys!!. Spoke with lady on reception and all she said was that must have been the lady from JCU and the courtesy car we lent her. Also having polished the windows in and out ... Will not be back
