Sapphire Fencing

Many thanks to Mike for a terrific job on our wooden fence. He was efficient, on time and accommodating. The fence was well constructed and exactly what we asked for. We appreciated the clear communication and photo updates of the job. Fantastic!

Mike came quickly for the job but v poor quality. In just a month, the pailings have moved. Thr wood was not level on the ground and lots of large holes. He said he filled the back neighbours side with dirt but didn't. I reached him by text a few times but didn't respond The quality of material was poor.This is a sub standard job and company. I would not recommend it to anyone as only wants the money and it ends there, leaving a bad experience.

Should have stuck to my gut feeling about this bloke...Rang him on day of job he forgot...Not at all professional. Cancelled job.

Sapphire Fencing were outstanding workers. I would definitely recommend them. They removed our old wooden fence and replaced it with a good quality, professional new wooden fence. Didn't turn up and didn't ring.. not impressed

Six weeks ago, Mike and team completed a wooden fence on the RHS of our block and a Colourbond fence on the LHS. We realised one panel of the Colourbond was incorrect and was promptly rectified. On Thursday the site cut for our construction was undertaken which has exposed footings that are only 190-200mm compared with the minimum of 600mm. The Colourbond fence is now unsturdy after just six weeks. Mike has indicated to a neighbour that he’s complied with foundation requirements but these pictures do not suggest the same. Our job is actually the one pictured on Sapphire Fencing’s Facebook page on 15 September. Price was within $100 of another quote so charging market prices but unfortunately a substandard job. We have requested that this be rectified promptly, without response.Update: Mike has attended the site and spent about an hour, reinforcing the posts on the Colourbond fence. Fingers crossed it’s adequate
