Ordered for 2 hash browns and a small mocha….(1) hash browns were not fresh, microwave heated and chewy. They changed the fresh ones after complaining though.(2) Mocha was not “mocha” at all. Some weird taste. Didn’t even bother to complain. Just threw at away. Disgusting and what a disgraceful service!!!(Dated 29/01/2023 at 3:45ish pm.)

We have refused for years to go our local store (Emerton) so we drive out here.The last few times we have had terrible service.This time we were missing 2 nuggets. The ones we did have tasted odd like dishwashing liquid was splashed on them. The chips are under cooked. And the chicken n cheese burger was missing the paddy.Not the first time in the last few months we have had food missing

We've been here a few times and every single time there are things missing from our order once we get back home (today was a burger and chips missing from a meal deal which had 2 burgers, chips and a drink). We are needing to pull over in the carpark and check the bags because we don't trust the order is correct. And each time a complaint is made, we're offered the item for whenever we go back next, but we haven't seen any improvement in the attention to orders or details from the staff on shift.

The staff needs more training. There was a major problem with processing my Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), but the young girl had no idea what was going on. She told me that my card was declined just to get rid of me.

About the only mcdonalds restaurant that has never had a broken or being cleaned or getting serviced ice cream machine when im there. Not even once, ot has been working every single time that i have been there and my order has facilitated the use of said ice cream machine. Very different from every other McDonald's restaurant where you show up and you cant get a mcflurry or cant get a th8ck shake or cant get a frappe etc etc. Always a disappointment when you go to a mcdonalds restaurant and this happens. Then its almost impossible to reverse back out of the drivethrough while hurling abuse out the window.

Ordered a chocolate frappe with extra drizzle and drive up to pay and saw that the girl got the order wrong so I told her what I wanted and I said I’ll pay the difference and she said no it’s ok , drive to the next window and the girl gives me a chocolate sundae and I I told her it’s wrong and then all the girls were talking to each other making it a big deal and then tells me to wait in the waiting bay and u waited for ages and then she comes and gives it to me so I put it in the cup holder and then I felt something dripping and it was leaking all chocolate all over my car onto the carpet and I even put tissues around the cup and the tissue was soaked of chocolate!!! I think they made a hole in the cup because it wouldn’t stop leaking !! Was going ti go back but seriously had no time I was still working and had a 15 min break !!! This was last night at around at 9.04pm !!! Never going back there again !!!!

Just ordered small chips and a soy latte. Chips were full, hot and salty. Perfect! Soy latte tasted good too. Good quality soy milk was used.

Our group used 3 different self checkouts, and none of them gave a receipt or a number, so we couldn't tell when our food was ready. The bathroom was dirty and the stall was out of toilet paper. 2 out of 3 of us were not given napkins for our takeaway meal.
