If you need a reliable, honest electrician John is the guy you need, 3AM, the dishwasher decided to blow up, took ALL the power with it, rang several places who advertise 24 HR service, (STILL WAITING) 2 days later for them to even bother to call back. Found John's number, and within half an hour he was there, we unplugged everything to check what was causing the breaker to trip, the third thing he checked was the dishwasher, fixed everything back in the fuze box, and then he waited for about quarter of an hour to make sure everything was OK. I waited for the bill expecting to have a heart attack, but the price was more than reasonable, I think I would have charged more to be dragged out of bed at 3 AM. I was more than happy with his service, and would have no problems recommending him to anyone who needs an electrician at ANY time of day.

JBM were fantastic to deal with, quote was arranged during lockdown for our split system air conditioning and power point in our bathroom and as soon as restrictions were lifted the install date was booked in. The guys were here early on the day and the job was done quickly and efficiently and with minimal interruptions to our day. Thank you so much for helping us out and to return to see why our fan had started to not work. We will definitely be using your company again.

Dealing with JBM electrical has been a pleasure from start to finish.I work for a local training business (Results First Aid), and needed some new lights and electrical outlets installed in my workplace in Truganina.Their professionalism, communication and overall quality were outstanding! Not to mention how quickly they got the job done.Perfectly willing to cater to our needs, they installed all of these things while my staff were in the office working with little to no interruption. The quality of their work totally exceeded our expectations - better than any of the original electrical work done in our building!I would absolutely recommend using JBM for any of your electrical work!

By far the smoothest experience we've had of any household work. We recently engaged JBM to install downlights throughout the double storey house, couple of heated lights, some pendants and outdoor security lights. One of the main thing for us was to avoid backfilling existing holes in ceiling so we can avoid having to paint the ceiling. Johnny was excellent in walking us through where the lights can go, what size and how many per space is adequate. Liz is excellent at communication and keeping us up to date. The boys did an excellent job in fixing all the lights. Very happy with the way the house looks now , thanks to excellent work by everyone. Highly recommended!

We recently changed over our old 7 inch down lights with new LED lights. We had to design a new layout as to where the new lights would go, instead of where the old ones were. I'm very happy to recommend Johnny who was very competitive, professional, and helpful in terms of working out where and what lighting was suitable for the various rooms. He worked very hard, and finished ahead of schedule, which meant less interruption to our household. Thank Johnny.

I can't speak highly enough of this business. I used John and Brandon from JBM Electrical. They are very polite and hardworking, arrived on time and even put on shoe covers when entering my house. They did an excellent job with installing LED downlights and data sockets. They even cleaned up my floors and carpet after the job! I would recommend this business without hesitation.

I recently engaged JBM electrical to change all the battern lights in my double storey house to down lights. I selected JBM after getting a number of electricians to have a look at the work required and subsequently to quote me. Most of the electricans said it would be difficult to install downlights in the ground floor due to lack of space in the ceiling. JBM was the only company who said I can get lights anywhere I want but they have to make few holes in the ceiling.I went with JBM and I would say that it was such a good experience from the beginning, dealing with Liz in the office and then with Johnny. The quote was very reasonable and the job perfomed in a very professional mannner. Johnny and the boys did an amazing job and to my suprise with only few small holes in the ceiling as I anticipated to be many. Any further requests was no problem for the team. My house looks brand new now with the new lights and outdoor downlights is of envy to my neighbours. Johnny suggested that I automate the outdoor lights and its one of the best things I have done. I can't thank JBM team enough for a great work all round.

The guys installed beautiful downlights for our living room and kitchen area and arrived exactly when they said they would!!! The JBM Team are absolutely wonderful!
