Arrived and before entering our home I simply wanted informed financial consent and asked what the fees and charges were as we had been ripped off previously by others and he said there was a $99 service charge just to come to site. I said it was outside of our budget (had just paid another plumber nearly $400 to fix the toilet issues and the upstairs toilet was left leaking worse than before!) and I declined his services and he got angry and stormed away. On the CCTV cameras I then observed him in our driveway ripping the gate and intercom cable from its' connection thinking we wouldn't notice. Formal report was made with the authorities. Would not recommend.

Todd answered our call to rectify a minor emergency following a burst flexible water pipe. He was on site with 2 hours of our call as he promised and promptly rectified our problem. Great Service, we will definitely use him again.Mark RobertsGlenfields
