Our table's existing cloth colour was difficult to source, however due to Michael's industry experience he found it.The professional finish on the recover and restoration of the rails and pockets gives it a brand new look. This business is 5 minutes away from where I live and each and every time I have gone into Master Billiards I have received the highest quality of service and advice, often times going above and beyond what I had expected, for example I had ordered a set of K55/66 ( I can't remember which) cushion rubbers for my 8x4 table, I placed the order online and it became apparent that they were out of stock for my size table, instead of being placed on back order and having to wait for stock to come in I was given a set for a 9x4.5 table at no extra charge and given in depth and clear instructions on how to shape and install them. Every other purchase has been a pleasure, and and all questions have been answered with not only relevant and informative answer but with enthusiasm and passion rarely seen in any retail setting. Plus it's 5 minutes away so I can't complain about convenience , I would happily drive 55 minutes or longer to receive the level of service the team at Master Billiards provide.

They built and delivered it within the 2-week time frame offered, provided beautiful, high quality accessories and the assembly team even provided me with a demo in how to care for it. Me and my husband visited the Minchinbury showroom last week and arranged a custom order pool table. The service we experienced was so personalised and professional. They offer a beautiful range of custom billiards that are Australian made and manufactured, all in house - This was the ONLY place of its kind in Sydney. Highly recommended!
