Mel is a great instructor, her instructions of the movements and selection of music were excellent. Fantastic workout, nice space and easy parking.

I did the 14 day free trial at Muse pilates and was very impressed by the instructors and exercises. The exercises taught were so creative and fun and all the instructors were very attentive, had great cueing and explained moves very clearly. My favourite instructor was Jimena who had such great energy for the class! Highly recommend this studio for a fun and tough reformer pilates workout!

Really great studio with no 2 classes the same. Different instructors bring their own flair to their classes which means loads of variety. Inclusive and beautiful space. If you’ve been sitting on the fence about reformer Pilates, I’d highly recommend going to muse, they have some great offers available too!

Great choice of classes. Good instructors. Lovely premises. Max class size of 12 works well. Equipment is in great order. From the first few classes I kept wanting to come back.

I've come here twice and can't wait to come again. The instructors are super efficient and helpful. Great at providing alternatives for the less advanced but still make it challenging. I feel so good after each time i leave!

Really clean studio with friendly trainers. Great studio for beginners as well as there are always options to modify. Love that they regularly do promotions and deals to bring down the cost of classes, too.

Really enjoyed these classes!! Sometimes the class seemed easy enough but the burn afterwards was amazing!Lovely studio too.Convenient as it has some parking!

I've been going to Pilates studios for 7 years now, and this is my first time writing a negative review on any class or instructor. The instructor Kamilla was rude and kept singling out and shaming certain people in her class. I think it was really uncalled for. I felt particularly bad for one of the newbies. It's understandable that she didn't understand certain prompts, and didn't understand how to adjust her springs. But Kamilla kept publicly calling her out--Can you listen to me?! You're making my job really hard." She also kept making tsk tsk noises. It's not like the student was inattentive or was on her phone; it seemed like she really just needed more guidance on what springs to put on or off

Lovely studio and super friendly instructor, looking forward to visiting again soon! It’s also awesome that they’ve got so many classes to choose from.

The whole experience has been wonderful for me. I feel stronger every time I attend a class. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging. I have been helped any time I needed clarification on a particular exercise.
