The team at BCF Taren Point are lovely, always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Special mention to Adrian who is a perfect example of how a staff member should act- friendly, knowledgeable and helped us out with a deal to get our BCF kayak set up!

Adrian was fantastic help, very knowledgeable and understanding. I was looking at a solar controller and the last one available was one that had been returned by another customer. There were concerns over the condition of the product as nothing was packaged correctly and there was damage to the temperature sensor. Adrian took my concerns to heart and helped come up with a solution.

I'm very pleased with my experience at BCF Taren Point, Adrian and Mitch are very knowledgeable and were able to guide me to the correct electric outboard suitable for my new Pryml kayak (also purchased from them). I'll be recommending this store from now on to my friends and family and coming back for more! Cheers -Adam

A huge store with lots of gear and the staff are friendly. Staffing levels however really need to improve. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always noticed how few staff are working. And they’re flat out! This is a busy, popular store. I’ve routinely waited 10-20mins for a gas bottle refill and today is not an exception.The next review will be 1 star.You’re a great store with great staff but you need more of them.

Very bad service, staff with little product knowledge they don't even know the price of their own products. Got charged twice for the same item. I then had to show the store manager the BCF online advertising to get anywhere with making my purchase. Then to top it all off the product was faulty!!! Old damaged stock sold in the Taren Point store. Give BCF a miss
