Great to deal with them. Mentone Toyota team is very respectful and punctual.We were super looked after.Selling the car and the offered price was fair. Both Luke and Dilum were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Not happy. We have discovered that our newly purchased Toyota was sold to us under false pretences. The scheduled services were not entered into the logbook because they were not done. We were told that they forgot to do the servicing, Luke eventually said they would pay for it. We were given the chance to go to a dealer closer to us, as Mentone Toyota was too far from Eltham. When the service was done, Heidelberg Toyota found another $1000.00 extra, to spend of servicing and maintenance which should have been done as part of the sales protocol. Luke is refusing to pay for this extra work. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and service from Mentone Toyota.
