We were served by a great woman named Louise todayWe went to buy simple glassware for everyday use whilst looking and trying to make a decision Louise approach us to see if we needed assistanceWe said we were ok but then Louise asked if we’d seen a box of an 18 pieceAfter going out of her way to show us we ended up purchasing the box and saved a heapWithout Louise being proactive and helpful we would have not known and taken just the other two 6 packs we originally was looking atMany thanks to Louise and hope you get some recognition from your employer for a great attitude and work ethic

Bought a cast iron griddle pan from this place and after first use the coating came off. First visit to the store I was confronted by a very rude lady claining the pan is not clean enough for her to accept. Second return after intensely cleaning of the heavy to carry pan, I was promised that I will be contacted by store manager in a week. after one month and not hearing anything I went to store and same reply. 2 months past and I am giving up. I will never buy anything from this brand ever.

Everything is a problem. They only sell bacarat so if it doesn't work then you are stuffed. Store credit only and main server doesn't care.

Visited the store to get a gift for someone. The older lady had a terrible attitude. When asked if there was a price tag inside as it was a gift for someone I felt like I had asked something very offensive. First and last time visiting the store. Steer clear.

Service was non existent until I managed to get a young lady's attention. She seemed very reluctant to help and didn't have any product knowledge. Some of the products didn't have prices and weren't even a good deal with their current offer. Took my business elsewhere.

Like seriously, i had cash to pay for my products and they say no cash, card only" . BUT CASH is still a form of payment..it is illegal what your doing. so no business from me . I was going to buy quite a few pots and pans but decided to go elsewhere

Not happy is it card only totally cashless. Good luck if you don't have a card. They suggested you buy a Westfield gift card to use if you don't want to use a credit card.

Don’t even try to call their non existent customer service line for assistance on an online order.They keep you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you, they even tell you that. I tried it twice because i thought it must be a glitch. No.Then when you email them you get get an auto reply that it can take 3 days for a reply.These guys are a total joke, take you money, then slow walk you through their bottom of the barrel process.They call themselves global brands, its just another farmed out call centre.Disgusting customer service. Never again.
