I love returning here for a wax, the ladies are so lovely and easy to talk to. I notice simply beauty has more care towards their clients and the waxing compared to other places I've been, plus good prices. I always enjoy the relaxing music and they usually have a good loyalty card for discounts. Will always recommend!

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, have to say this is the BEST my brows have ever looked! Other places would make them too thin and uneven. Went back here for the deluxe facial, and it was so relaxing. Didn't realise how much my mind and body needed it!! Definitely going back, forget Christmas gifts, I'm letting my family know this is what I want instead :)

Just had my last appointment with Simply beauty due to moving up north.Giving this I just wanted to say a big thank you to Carla for being my beautician, she was always so welcoming, calm and she always made me feel so comfortable every time! She was always very consistent and thorough with her work and I never left feeling unhappy with any treatment done by her.Also a thank you to the ladies at the desk for making my little one feel so welcome :)I appreciate you and your work Carla.Hope you ladies have a great new year x

Been to this salon a few times now and it’s been great. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, professional and have always checked in on me during my services to make sure that I’m comfortable and that everything feels good. If you’re loving for a new place for body waxing I couldn’t recommend these ladies any more. They’re all incredibly well trained and I can’t wait to come and visit them again!!

I booked online and got a confirmation email sent to me and upon arrival they turned me away because it wasn’t confirmed, when i infact received a confirmation email. so she turned me away when it wasn’t my fault instead of fitting me in from her mistake. and then said “yeah you look like you could really use a facial too” SO unprofessional and rude. i was having a really bad day and needed a nice facial to be treated like that, i’m really fuming

defianlty reckon mend this salon. being a 16 year old getting down there" waxed is embarrasing and scary but the entire time I felt comfortable and it was very professional. the best experience I've had with waxing.Thank you Heather for the great experience definalty coming back xx"

Unsure if I will return. I felt there was less effort than usual. Got my eyebrows waxed and I usually leave with significantly nicer brows. This time there was no brush, trim or even pluck of any stray or missed hairs - simply got a strip of waxed pulled off which is not my usual experience when I come here. Left with an average result.
